Flexible digital support across the work that keeps your business moving - from websites and email to content, design and strategy.
One experienced point of contact across websites, email, content, design, landing pages and digital marketing - instead of juggling different freelancers for every job.
Need ongoing help, or just extra capacity for a few months? Choose the level of support that suits the business now, and change or cancel with one month's notice.
Get experienced support across websites, email, content, design and digital marketing - but only pay for the hours you actually need. No full-time salary, no paying for capacity you aren't using.
Running a business means there is always something else on the list. The website needs updating. An email needs to go out. A new service needs a landing page. Something needs fixing, creating or figuring out - and somewhere in between, you need to actually run the business.
We know not every job needs a full project, and not every business needs - or can justify - another full-time hire. Sometimes you just need someone experienced to take care of the digital things that keep getting pushed down the list.
That's what On-Demand is for. Flexible support across the work your business needs, with one person who gets to know your business and can be there when you need them.
You don't need to choose a service upfront or work out exactly what you'll need months from now. Your hours flex with the business and can be used across everything below.
Start your projectOn-Demand gives you a set number of hours to use each month across whatever digital work needs doing. One month that might mean a campaign email and a few website updates. The next, it could be a landing page, some new copy or help thinking through what's next.
New pages, content changes, visual updates, broken things and all the little website jobs that come up along the way.
Branded email templates and campaigns designed and built for the tools you already use.
Website copy, campaign messaging, emails and other content as your business, offers and priorities evolve.
One-off design pieces that don't need a full project - from logo updates and visual assets to one-pagers and other branded materials.
Need a second opinion? Thinking through a new offer, business name, launch or marketing direction? Get practical advice without commissioning a full strategy project.
The miscellaneous digital jobs that keep a growing business moving - domains, platforms, website settings, tools, integrations and other things you just need someone to sort out.
Choose the level of support that suits you - from a one-off job to ongoing monthly support. Retainer hours reset each month, so you can use them wherever they're needed.
For the occasional job - a fix, a one-off page, a favour before a launch - when you don't need ongoing support.
For businesses with a steady trickle of digital work - a campaign email, a few website updates, some new copy or someone to think the next move through with.
For businesses with more on the go - active campaigns, regular content and enough work to make having dedicated support worthwhile.
No long-term lock-in. Change your plan or cancel with one month's notice.
For businesses that have more digital work than they have time for, but don't need a full-time hire.
You have a growing list of digital jobs that you never quite have time to get to.
You need experienced design, copy, website or marketing support without hiring in-house.
You need extra capacity for a specific period - a busy season, launch, transition or period of growth.
You want one person who can handle a range of digital work, rather than juggling different freelancers.
Your priorities change from month to month and you want support that can flex with them.
You need a new website or large fixed-scope project.
You need a full marketing team working across multiple projects at the same time.
You have enough ongoing work to justify a full-time marketing or digital hire.
You're looking for a one-off project rather than flexible, ongoing support.
Mark Two built a website that looks fantastic and works seamlessly. The whole process felt straightforward, affordable, and easy to understand from start to finish.★★★★★

A few things you might still be wondering, answered below. Still can't find what you're after? Get in touch and we'll get back to you.
You start by chatting with us about your business, priorities and the type of support you need. From there, we'll recommend the number of hours that makes sense for you.
Once you're set up, you'll have a simple dashboard where you can see your available hours and what's been used. When something comes up, just email us - whether it's a website update, email, design piece, copywriting job or something else - and we'll take it from there.
Think of us as your in-house marketing coordinator. Most of the day-to-day digital and marketing work that comes up can be handled within your hours, including:
Our support extends beyond these areas too, so if you're not sure whether something is covered, just ask.
Yes. On-Demand is designed to work like an in-house marketing coordinator, rather than an IT specialist or technical consultant. Most of the day-to-day digital and marketing tasks that come up can be handled within your hours, but highly specialised or technical work may require a separate project fee.
For example, major data migrations, extensive CRM or database work, new website builds and technical SEO projects would generally sit outside your On-Demand hours.
If you're not sure whether something is included, just ask. We'll always let you know upfront if a job needs to be scoped and quoted separately.
No. You don't need to have your website built by Mark Two to use On-Demand.
It can certainly help if we already know your website and business, but On-Demand can also work with an existing website and digital setup.
Yes. The minimum commitment for On-Demand is three months.
After the initial three-month period, you can change your plan or cancel with one month's notice.
Yes. You can change the number of hours you have based on what the business needs.
If you need more support for a particularly busy month, you can temporarily upgrade your package. Downgrades require one month's notice.
Yes. Unused retainer hours can roll over for up to three months, giving you some flexibility when one month is quieter than another.
Most requests are scheduled and completed within a few business days. We'll triage requests based on what's needed and what's already in the queue, and if something is genuinely urgent, we'll work with you to get it handled as quickly as possible.
You can borrow up to one hour from the following month if you need a little extra time.
Anything beyond that will be charged at our standard ad hoc rate of $250 AUD per hour.
Our 4-hour and 8-hour monthly packages are the options we use most often, but they aren't the only possibilities.
If you need more, less or something structured differently, get in touch and we'll work out an arrangement that makes sense for your business.
Absolutely. On-Demand can be useful when you need additional capacity for a specific period - whether that's a launch, busy season, transition, rebrand or period of growth.
It doesn't have to become a permanent part of your business.
Absolutely. On-Demand can work alongside an existing in-house team or other suppliers when you need additional capacity, a particular skill set or simply another pair of hands.
You'll work directly with Suzanne, the founder of Mark Two, throughout your On-Demand support.
Yes. That's one of the main benefits of On-Demand. Your hours aren't tied to a particular service, so you can use them across website updates, email, copywriting, design, strategy and other included digital work as your priorities change.
